We decided to stop in Providence, RI on our way to Newport. Chris really wanted to see what it was like since you always hear about it in the movies. Unfortunately, it was pretty boring, but there was an adorable italian market.
We made it to Newport that evening and immediately decided that we would add on an extra day to our trip. We loved this town!! We stayed in a darling inn that used to be a jail.
