Signed!

We don't have a good excuse for ignoring the blog...well accept this one: We bought a house!! The papers were signed last night and the keys should be in our hands tomorrow. We have quite the project ahead of us...wood floors, a new bathroom, kitchen, and laundry room, and .56 acres to fence. We're gonna bring you along for the ride!! We must give a shout out for our realtor team Ron and Ward Spears. They took us to countless houses, wrote offers (5 offers to be exact), and were at all inspections (3 different houses, one involving structural engineers). They worked so hard for us and in the end it paid off. We will plan a before video tour before we get started so you can see this 1964 original in all it's before glory!
